Every child has great abilities by nature. Everybody is primordially gifted. Being a child, everybody could draw, sing, dance or compose poetry. But unfortunately this ability can end. The more the child grows up the less of it remains with him. Everybody should do their best not to lose it within their childhood. Only a bright talented teacher is capable of discerning the unique individual talent of the disciple and chooses the best way for its nurturing and development.

Over the world, there are many trends and school of pedagogy. Every teacher’s experience, knowledge and skills are unique. We encourage teachers of all arts to unite their efforts. And this is the main goal of the association “Art and Education in the XXI Century”.

More than twenty years ago, a new comprehensive program has been created for professional assistance to young musicians, teachers and students. This program covers a wide range of musical and pedagogical, educational, performing and artistic problems. Since 1994, 130 international forums, festivals and “The School of Mastery” were held in Poland (1994, 1997, 2000, 2003, 2006, 2009, 2011, 2015), France (1997), Greece (1996, 2002), Russia (1995, 2006), Italy and Austria (1998, 2000, 2003 – 2019), Denmark and Sweden (2001, 2003), Finland (2004 – 2019), in the Czech Republic (2007, 2008), Spain (2010),  India (2012), Lithuania (2013 – 2016), Slovakia (2016), Portugal (2004 – 2019); are held annually in Ukraine. These events with competition “21th Century Art” became not only popular but also productive forms of cooperation and providing diverse support in the field of pedagogy of art; they are an effective way of training students to stage performances. The winners of our competitions are given the chance to perform concerts in different countries and cities. The teachers share their experience with colleagues from different countries, discover new opportunities for their professional growth.
